In addition, entering incomplete or inaccurate information in the Register of Holders of Personal Data Arrays, as well as processing personal data without registration in this register, is punishable by a fine of 45 thousand soms (more than 263 thousand tenge) for legal entities.
For entering incomplete or false information into the Register of Holders of Data Arrays, legal entities are subject to a fine of 45 thousand soms (more than 263 thousand tenge). For repeated violations, the fine increases threefold.
The law also provides for liability for the cross-border transfer of personal data in violation of established norms and for unjustified refusal to provide access to the data subject.
Violations will be considered by a special authorized state body created to monitor the protection of personal data and issue decisions on fines.
