State information systems are being integrated under the e‑Densaulyq architecture, which includes seven key digital components. By the end of the year, the Unified Health Portal and the Unified State Medical Information System are expected to launch, alongside the continued rollout of the Unified Medical Data Repository.

An electronic health passport is being created on the basis of this repository, accumulating the full history of medical care regardless of region.

Additional projects are being introduced to improve safety and accessibility: smart tokens for ambulance teams, intelligent video surveillance, and expanded telemedicine for rural areas.

AI integration is also advancing. The Ministry of Health reported that algorithms are used to analyze medical images, helping detect strokes, cancer, and cardiovascular diseases, reducing diagnostic time and easing doctors’ workload.

For example, AI solutions for dental X‑ray analysis are already applied in more than 65 clinics, significantly speeding up diagnostics.

In the future, AI will be expanded in telemedicine, early disease detection, and personalized digital services.

The ministry emphasizes that all processes comply with cybersecurity and healthcare legislation, and digitalization will continue in cooperation with medical and IT communities.
